Arvind has over 15 years of expertise in business development and strategic leadership roles in the information management fields. His focus has been designing and developing strategies for improving the effectiveness of the information assets of corporations.

Arvind has experience in working with leading information technology companies such as PAFEC, Oracle, Wipro, Hexaware and iGate. As a part of Datavibes' executive management team, Arvind aspires to build Datavibes into a resource that will help clients optimally leverage the rapid changes in technology as well as a multitude of delivery options for maximum business effectiveness and efficiency. Arvind's business interests are comparative risk analysis of competing technology and outsourcing strategies.

Don is an astute business executive with over 25 years of expertise and significant successes in the implementation of strategic information and inventory systems. He has been recognized as the world's expert in raw material selection, optimization and management as well as premier designer of information architectures and infrastructures for the 21st century.

With solid expertise of creating and implementing cost effective, global information systems which provide accurate, a proven record of achieving returns on IT investments and implementing systems on time and on budget, Don is truly a CEO/CFOs technology "go-to" person.

Don has extensive expertise in managing projects in locations like China , South America and India . Don's business interests are in the areas of statistical modeling, applications business problems analysis and solutions architecture for complex business issues.

Don received his bachelors degree in Engineering Science from Penn State University , Masters Degree in Mathematical Statistics from Purdue University , Masters Degree in Systems Management from University of Pittsburgh . Michael has been involved in the information systems end of business for over 30 years out of which the recent 15 odd years have been in IT leadership roles. Focusing on the business value achievable by making the "right information available to right people at the right time" , Michael has been able to help companies gain market-share, reduce finished goods inventories as well as progressively improve the ROI on IT investments.

Asked about how he does this, Michael says that it is because, " you invest in what helps you get the highest leverage and then look for innovative ways to help the tools do more than these were designed to do. Thus reducing the total cost of ownership and maintaining competitive edge at the same time."

Michael has worked on a wide array of hardware, software and applications tools for a diverse set of organizations like the US Air Force, Thrift Drugs, Kennametal, Federated Investors. Michael's key area of responsibility has been to help clients design, build and manage infrastructure for understanding the dynamics of the business and implement solutions to help clients take advantage from the information thus available.

Guru has over 20 years of expertise in managing technology projects for complex business applications. Guru has successfully managed the "customer" expectations for clients large and small and applications ranging from advanced avionic simulators and aircraft "in-dash" applications to helping traditional "brick and mortar" companies develop a competitive edge by adopting the effectiveness led e-business models.

Guru's role within Datavibes is to be the customer for all practical purposes, and be the client's eye for every deliverable coming out of our offshore software development centers.

Guru's extensive experiences helping companies Schlumberger, CISLink, Values Technologies and several start-up software products companies has helped us develop an application delivery model that can deliver predictable and high quality results consistently.

Lee is a savvy finance professional with over 25 years experience working with corporate and government organizations. Lee's primary role has been to advice mid and large size companies on financial management and investment options.

At Datavibes, Lee has a dual role of managing internal finances as well as working with our clients to develop innovative financial models for assessing and monitoring the efficiency of project management models. Lee had developed several metrics to help clients understand and monitor in real time the project performance.
